Rurouni Kenshin takes place in the Meji Era of Japan. It's about the legendary
manslayer, Hitokiri Battousai, who fought in the war to gain this era of peace. The Hitokiri Battousai, or Battousai,
the manslayer is Kenshin Himura. After the war ended Kenshin vowed never to kill again and so he gets himself a Reverse
Blade sword, a sword with the blade on the other end. This sword coudn't kill a mouse but it can do damage. The infamous
Hitokiri Battousai became Kenshin, the Wanderer (that title's not famous). However dropping a large and well known title
like that isn't that easy and because of his "God-like speed" any swordsmen could recognize him. It's
going to take Kenshin a LONG time for him to finally live in a peaceful time because even though the government says
that it's the time of peace there are many people who just won't put down their swords. Kenshin and his new friends help show
those people what the era can do, either that or have them arrested.
The music that is playing in the background is "Sobakasu" from Rurouni Kenshin.
