InuYasha

Facts: InuYasha's father was a dog demon lord and his mother was a human. He has an older half-brother, Lord Sesshomaru, who he HATES. Fifty years ago (in feudal Japan) InuYasha went after the guardian of the Sacred Jewel, Kikyou. Kikyou is/was a priestess who was placed in charge to guard the Shikon Jewel (Sacred Jewel). InuYasha wanted the jewel so that he could become a full demon. However, when he went after the jewel Kikyou pinned him to a tree. After that he kept following her around still wanting the jewel. Eventually the two fell in love. The two had planned to use the Shikon Jewel in order to turn InuYasha into a human thus freeing Kikyou from her task to protect the jewel so that she could live an ordinary life and so they could live happily ever after. [Ichigo: Awww isn't that sweet?^^] But things didn't go as planned. Supposedly they each betrayed each other and Kikyou died pinning InuYasha to a tree where he stayed for fifty years until that fateful day in present day Japan when the reincarnation of Kikyou, Kagome, was dragged into the well and freed him. At first the two did not get along but as time passed they begun to grow feelings for each other. They met up with new friends and enemies specificly Naraku. The InuYasha gang soon found out that it was Naraku disguised as both InuYasha and Kikyou pretending to betray them.
